Impressive Pair of Well Cast Standing Cherubs, ending on circular Sienna Marble Bases. First half of the Nineteenth Century, possibly of French origin. Each cherub standing on a naturalistic bronze base, one with vines and foliage, the other shouldering a harvested bale of wheat. Condition: Good condition with nice surface patination. Marble bases are slightly different in colour. No visible foundry mark.
